Welcome to our website.
Connors Security Consulting Services, Inc. provides security consulting services to K-12 public, private and charter schools. Our overall objective is to assist our clients in assessing and ultimately improving their overall security and safety programs by identifying areas of strength as well as areas in need of improvement within their schools, on their campuses and within their safety plans making recommendations to correct or modify as appropriate and then providing training to the appropriate staff. We are exceptionally detailed, yet practical in our approach to these matters and treat every district we work with as though our children attend their schools.
We invite you to review this site and encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have. We will always tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
The "One Day Check-Up"
Okay, so you have decided that perhaps your school or district could benefit from some outside help but aren't certain you really need or will be able to fund a full security and safety audit or safety plan review as described on this website. Fair enough, have us come out to your school or district for one full day. We can meet with yourself and other key administrative, instructional and support personnel and also take a thorough tour of your school facilities and peruse your existing safety plan documents. At the end of the day, we can meet with yourself or your district safety team and summarize our general observations and recommendations for how you may want to proceed in making any improvements. This is a very affordable option and one that allows you to benefit from our knowledge and experience without making a larger commitment. Call us today for a quote.
You could also consider simply contracting with me to attend and participate in your safety committee meetings on a one-time or ongoing basis as an objective, experienced ad-hoc member.

"It was a pleasure to work with David Connors helping our district improve many aspects of our safety plan and most importantly our practices. He met with so many of our staff and asked very good questions to understand the culture of Cuba-Rushford and the "whys" behind our practices. David would come in at 6am and/or 10pm and every time in between. He observed our practices and gave great recommendations. We thank him for his time at CRCS and appreciate his end product which helped guide us."

"It was a pleasure working with David Connors over the past school year on our safety plan. He went though every inch of our facilities and reviewed them thoroughly in order to give an honest, professional opinion on where we needed to make improvements. His professionalism was astounding and our staff loved working with him. We have much older, beautiful school buildings in our District. While architecturally these buildings are fabulous, from a security perspective, they are not so great. David provided us with excellent suggestions on how we could rather easily modify our facilities and procedures to ensure the utmost security for our students and staff. The binders and other reports he provided for us were absolutely amazing and a testament to the amount of time David spent on our project."

"David worked with us on creating an emergency preparedness evaluation rubric to help us understand our current procedures and systems, and identify areas for improvement. He then worked with us further to establish actionable recommendations. David took the time to “study” the organization, taking into account building constraints, regional differences, budget and culture, while also drawing from his extensive background in school safety to include best practices utilized by other networks and districts. We are excited to roll this out to our schools and appreciate all of David’s help in getting us to this point."
